    Shant Petrossian

    GLOBAL DIRECTOR

    Shant is 4 time Emmy award-winning producer and storyteller. He produced shows for CNN, ABC, NBC, CBS, PBS, BuzzFeed, and more. He worked with the largest communications companies and media outlets, and collaborated with AGBU, Land & Culture, World Central Kitchen, and Bars Media. After 24 years in NY, he has moved to Yerevan for TAP.

    Gayane Ayvazyan

    EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

    Gayane is a PR, communications, and media relations professional with a wealth of experience in fostering international and local collaborations. Previously, she held key roles in managing PR and communications at the Republic of Armenia's Tourism Committee and the Tumo Center for Creative Technologies.

    Zhanna Kuroyan

    PROGRAM COORDINATOR

    Zhanna is a journalist and communication specialist, currently finishing her MA in Multiplatform Journalism at the American University of Armenia. Her experience includes creating content and thought leadership for executive-level clients at Collab Fabrik. Now she's drawn to TAP's mission of connecting Armenia with the global community.

    Arda Nazerian

    Arda is a strategic communications advisor to corporations, start-ups and non-profits. A founding member of Columbia University’s graduate program in communications, she’s an adjunct professor at Queens College, and a board member of AGBU, AUA and APRI Armenia.

    Tatiana Der Avedissian

    Tatiana is head of business development for Economist Impact's World Ocean Initiative and runs her own strategy consulting firm. She serves on the boards of Alkionides UK, Armenian Institute, Harvard Kennedy School Women's Alumni Network and UK-Cyprus Enterprise Council.

    Linda Yepoyan

    Linda is Chief of Staff, Armenia operations, for H. Hovnanian Family Foundation. She serves on the board of the Foundation’s nonprofits, namely Birthright Armenia, Armenian Volunteer Corps, HIKEArmenia, Repat Armenia and TAP.
